What is in the archive

amartie — the full repository: 9-judge gate, hash-chained receipts, sandbox, vault, forensic engine, all branches including tape-witness (the anonymous click-anomaly detector) and foundation/receipts-gate-public-audit-fix (PR #20)
tape-witness — standalone bundle of the community census tool: record your screen, reconcile against public data at your own action minutes, submit anonymized counts
Metadata receipts — PR #20 state, branch list, CI run history, GitHub clone traffic (the launch-day numbers), all as JSON snapshots

Why this matters

Accounts can be frozen, repositories can be taken down, platforms can change policy. A CID cannot be edited — the bytes at that address are the bytes, forever. If every copy of this repository disappears from GitHub, the archive above restores all of it, hash for hash.

Verify integrity yourself: the git bundles carry their own SHA-1 object graph; git bundle verify proves the history is intact after restore.
